Ingredients (serves 1)

• 125ml Wild Life Botanicals Sparkling Blush

• 50ml Smiling Wolf Aperitivo

• 50ml blood orange juice

• 15ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

• Ice

• Fresh pink grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig to garnish

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.

2. Add the Smiling Wolf Aperitivo, blood orange juice and freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice.

3. Slowly pour in the Wild Life Sparkling Blush.

4. Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.

5. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
